Brick Run ( New Members)

Brick Run - what is it & what are the benefits in training ? This is a run straight after being on the bike. It’s what triathletes do, so it needs to be practiced in training. It has huge benefits for Race Day as you will have allowed your body to get use to the change of muscle groups used in the run, as different to those on the bike. It’s an excellent opportunity to also practice transition (T2) NDT is happy to organise sone training sessions on these
